I recently stumbled across your blog and have had a blast reading about your adventures. I’m an ESL teacher from New Jersey and this December I will be moving to Gaziantep. I was hoping you could give me a breakdown of the housing situation. I have been searching online but have found little information in regards to pricing. The school I will be working for has said that they will help me find housing once I am in country. Is this the best way to go about it? Is there an area of the city that you would recommend living in?
Hey, Thomas! Shoot me an email (cassidy.l.jones@gmail.com). If you're working at Zirve, I have a pretty good idea about the housing sitch because I knew some folks who worked there. I know less about GaziKent, but I do know of a few buildings in the area around Gaziantep University (a good spot for young people and foreigners). Hope to hear from you! Thanks for reading!
